Our Origin

From the advent of time, man has speculated on the nature of his origin and the repercussions governed by his actions during the course of his existence. He has invoked the aid of science and reason to satisfy his almost painful thirst for realization for the same but to no or minimal avail. Though science declaims the initial supernatural perceptions on our origins and declares us the descendants of the ape who in turn came into existence on account of a catalyst of evolutions, the answers seem unsatisfactory almost condescending.Unrelentingly man proceeded to attempt the divination of the purpose of his existence which science hasn't been able to provide a repartee to.

What indeed would be the purpose of our seemingly innocuous existence? Are we merely a subterfuge for our mother earth destined to deprive our fellow organisms of resources? Do we survive to derive sensual and personal pleasures aimed at our own perpetual state of satisfaction? Are we a mere strand in the chain of evolution?A foot hold for progress? Or, do we exist to satisfy a higher purpose to whom every sentient human is an integral part of?
